Dr Steen sees private patients in his consulting rooms at Holmesglen Private Hospital, located at 490 South Road, Moorabbin, or at Epworth Eastern Private Hospital, located at 1 Arnold St, Box Hill.

To make an appointment, please submit the appointment request form below. Alternatively, you can email admin@drchristophersteen.com or call 0428 341 742. Urgent referrals and patients with cancer will always be prioritised.

Please note that phone and email accounts are only monitored by administrative staff during business hours. In the event of an emergency, please contact 000 or attend your local emergency department.

How to prepare for your appointment

Prior to your appointment, please complete the online patient registration form sent to you via email by our administrative team at the time of booking. Hospital admission forms will be provided prior to admission, should you require surgery.

What should I bring to my initial appointment?

• Referral letter

• Medicare Card

• Private Health Insurance details (if any)

• Up to date medical summary (current medications, relevant health conditions)

• Recent scans (Ultrasound, CT, MRI, etc) and blood test results
